Our return and exchange policy lasts within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Kalon Premium Apparel will bear the cost of the shipping charges. Handling and shipping fees are non refundable. If the customer has worn the garment this will void the exchange. The colour may vary from the product images on the site. Kalon Premium Apparel will not allow any exchanges or returns if the customer feels that the garment does not look exactly the same as in the pictures.


Exchanging Items

Arrange with us over Email and we will organise our courier company to pick up the parcel from your house to save you the time and effort. We will then send the correct item via courier and Kalon Premium Apparel will bear the cost thereof.


Sale Items

No refunds or exchanges on sales items.  All items discounted or on sale are a final sale and cannot be returned. Items purchased using a coupon code are eligible for refunds or exchanges, however the value of the item will stay the discounted amount.


Torn Items

We are not to be held liable for any items that may have torn while fitting or wearing. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have picked the right sizes according to our size charts on the product page. All our items are quality checked before they are sent and dispatched. 



No gift vouchers can be refunded or exchanged for money. Items bought with gift vouchers cannot be refunded, but only exchanged for other items.
